Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Speed

All packages are shipped with 2–3 Day Shipping.
Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weekends, or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email or text with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly.


Returns & Exchanges

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Store Credit Only

If you need to return an item, we only offer store credit, and only if the item meets the following conditions:
    •    Returned within 7 days of delivery
    •    Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition it was sent
    •    All original tags and packaging included

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will correct the issue with a replacement or store credit.
